Park Kulturowy Miasto Tkaczy

Park Kulturowy Miasto Tkaczy, utworzony w 2003 roku, chroni wyjątkowy urbanistyczny układ historycznej dzielnicy Zgierza z lat 1821-1830. Jest to unikalny przykład architektury biedermeier, która stanowi klejnot epoki.

W Parku zachowało się około 30 domów tkaczy, które zostały zbudowane dla sukienników osiedlających się w Zgierzu w XIX wieku. Celem ich przybycia było stworzenie wzorcowego przemysłowego miasta w Królestwie Warszawskim.
