Stanowiska 3. BAS to skrót od 3. Baterii Artylerii Stałej, która była jednostką artyleryjską obrony wybrzeża w Polskiej Marynarce Wojennej. Te stanowiska były częścią systemu obrony nadbrzeżnej Polski przed atakami z morza.

Bateria Artylerii Stałej na Helu była ważnym elementem obrony wybrzeża Bałtyku i miała za zadanie odpieranie ewentualnych ataków nieprzyjaciela. W okresie międzywojennym oraz podczas II wojny światowej istniały liczne baterie artyleryjskie, które były rozmieszczone wzdłuż wybrzeża Polski.
